MWC and Twitter: Those who were left behind February 20, 2009

 As someone holding the fort in the office I must say that Twitter made following this year’s MWC an entirely different experience. I actually felt like I was right there at the fira. Reading Twitter updates of journalists, colleagues, the GSMA and bloggers such as Ewan from Mobile Industry Review helped me hear the latest and also get a feel of the buzz around the show. So apart from following the news on Google I was also kept updated on discussions, speeches and I got links to photos taken at the stands – as they happened.

A nice mix of journalist updates and Citizen Journalism.
